How to Make Monday feel like Friday
Monday’s got you down? Sad to say goodbye to the weekend? Use these 4 tips to help you have the most non-Monday-ist-Monday ever:
- Set up the night before. Prepping your meals and snacks for the day allows less room for error, over spending and poor nutritional habits. Prep your outfit too! You’ll feel like a million bucks waking up and realizing that you’ve already set your day up for success. You might even be able to snooze for a couple extra minutes 😉
- Make your bed. It may seem like a minuet task, but making your bed will give you a sense of productivity. It’s all about the small wins! Plus, you’ll return home to a clean room and de-cluttered mind.
- Create a fun playlist. Whether you’re heading out the door to work, or on your way to the gym, a fun playlist will have you feeling energized and excited about the day. Put your favorite happy tunes on and rock out!
- Use a gratitude journal. Whether it’s 3 things or 40 things, stating what you’re thankful and grateful for will put you in the right mindset to take on the day, regardless of any obstacles you may face.
